PDX-QMHA is a non-hierarchical organization. Our team members know their strengths, and choose to work with the outreach goal they are best suited for. Collaboration is our team cornerstone. We strive to remain in constant collaboration with each other and our communities.
We will withdraw from spaces if our presence jeopardizes any other resources or groups. Providing resources to marginalized communities will always come before ego.
